Darren Clarke is a teacher originally from Ireland but has experience teaching across the world such as the United Kingdom, South Korea, and was the head teacher for a national company in Vietnam. He is inspired to enhance each of his student’s communication skills and boost their interests in English. He graduated from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth in 2015 with a BA in psychology. He has taught in various classroom settings including volunteering at a school for blind children. His lessons focus on communication based around critical thinking as he regards the ability to think creatively and with critical objectivity as a fundamental skill in modern life. He strives for each of his students to enjoy each lesson and feel motivated to learn autonomously, sparking each student to use what they learned in a real world setting, whether it is in the workplace or in more casual situations.
