Mr. Benitez is a professional with proven teaching, guidance, strong organizational and counseling skills. Possess a strong track record in improving test scores and teaching effectively. He has the ability to be a team player and resolve problems and conflicts professionally. He also has the aptitude to communicate complex information in a simple and entertaining manner. His responsibilities include administrative, personnel issues, TOEFL iBT Administrator/Proctor, English Discoveries Platform Administrator – EDUSOFT, PEARSON VUE Administrator. He is willingly to contribute his knowledge and skills at CTT de Los Andes Language Center offering a genuine opportunity to change students ́ way of thinking, using empathy and other emotional intelligence skills to effectively manage classroom behavior and create dynamic lesson plans that address students’ strengths and weaknesses. Mr. Benitez received his Bachelor of English Language Teaching degree from the Technical University of Ambato – Ecuador and he earned a Master of Technology for Teaching Purposes degree from PUCESA – Ambato/Ecuador.
